| Enjoy our bed and breakfast located in the heart of the historic district and only a 5 minute walk to downtown where most of the shops and restaurants are located. | | Directions | From the intersection of Hwys. 62W/62E (@ the High School) turn onto the Historic Loop (old 62B), follow the signs to the hospital. Go past the hospital and continue on the same road (approximately .8 mile). The “loop” will change names at almost every curve, so don’t let that throw you, no matter what the street is named if you haven’t turned off you are on the right street. After you pass Ermelio’s Italian restaurant start looking for and turn left onto Ridgeway. | The Hideaway Suite Our largest most spacious suite, contemporary and very stylish. Fireplace, comfortable sofa, chaise lounger and reading chair. Console CATV/VCR/DVD player and CD player. Dining area and kitchenette. The bedroom has an "antique bird cage" queen size bed, small antique vanity and wardrobe and a double Jacuzzi tucked in the corner. Separate bath with a shower. Private entrance. There is a 3/4 size rollaway bed available if needed ($30.00/person extra).Breakfast and dessert served in your suite | | The Garden of Eden Suite Cozy and romantic, very private suite. Living room with a couch, rocking chair & CATV/VCR and CD player. Full kitchen and dining area . The bedroom has a white antique iron queen size bed, muted wallpapered ceiling accented with a "cracked glass" light globe. Large bathroom with a double Jacuzzi /shower. Private veranda with wrought iron furniture. Private entrance. The couch is a queen hide-a-bed that can used if needed ($30.00/person extra). Breakfast and desserts served in your suite | | The Weymouth Pale green room, furnished with beautiful cherry furniture including a king size bed, chest of drawers and a dressing table and seat. Private bath (just down the hall) with an antique claw foot tub and shower. This room opens to the second floor verandah, where there is a spiral staircase, affording you a private entrance. This room has twin size a rollaway bed available for a third person if needed ($30 extra) | | The Newport Pale yellow room with a beautiful black & silver antique queen size iron bed, lighted vanity for the lady to put on her makeup, antique dresser, private bath w/ shower. |

If cancellation is made less than 10 days before your reservation date you will forfeit the full amount of your reservation unless your room(s) can be re-rented for the entire reservation. If the vacancy is filled, you will receive a refund less a $20 booking fee. (In other words, unless we can rebook the nights you have cancelled, you will be responsible for paying for them in full. We do our best to fill the rooms in your stead.)
If cancellation is made 10 days or more before your reservation date you will be refunded less a $20.00 processing fee.
No shows and early departures will be charged in full. (In other words, if you leave before the date scheduled for departure or if you do not show for your reservation on the date scheduled for arrival, you will be charged in full).
Weather Cancellation Policy
Weather Cancellation Policy (as of 1/1/2004) - If you must cancel your reservations due to weather conditions, you have the choice of rebooking at that time or taking your deposit (one night of a multi-night stay or the whole price of a single night stay) as a gift certificate, good for one year from the date issued. | | |
