	Ideally located between Viña del Mar and Valparaiso with quick, direct transportation to both cities on the metro and the beach right out front!
	From the bus station in Valparaiso take any bus that is going in the direction of Viña del Mar and have it drop you off at Portales. If coming from Viña del Mar take a bus going towards Valparaiso and have it drop you off at Portales.

Between Valpraiso and viña close to all the public transportation and couple fo big chilean college.
