Very big bedroom with a relaxing area, an office, a BIG King Size bed and a PRIVATE BATHROOM. This bedroom is for 1,2,3 or 4 persons. 	The localization is perfect, you be close to the beach (5mn Mamitas beach the most famous), in the center of Playa del Carmen 5 mn from the pedestrian touristic avenue, the 5th is called 'La Quinta'and close to a supermarket. The ambiant in Villa don Julian is relax, very friendly, young and peacefull. Our guest are usually travellers, divers, student in spanish.
