Whether Spring, Summer or Fall, the clear bracing mountain air will recharge your spirits and will allow you to fully enjoy our grounds with its magnificent pine trees, wooded trails, mountain stream and a picturesque nature pond. In this storybook setting you can enjoy our beautiful forty-foot pool, Jacuzzi Hot Spa and our all weather resilient surfaced tennis court. | The main building offer 13 rooms and suites, with choice between double, queen, king size beds. We offer family rooms with more than 2 beds in the room. All our rooms have a private bath, cable TV and FREE WIFI. | | The Loft building offers 7 rooms and suites with private bath as well, some with jacuzzi tub. We have two 2-bedroom suites and 2 suites with kitchenette. Some of them are pet friendly. | | Room 5 offers 2 sets of bunkbed, hostel style. Children under 10 are free. Add $15 (+tax) for each additional person in the room.
Rates include full country breakfast and afternoon refreshments with hors-d'oeuvres.
All rates are subject to the 8% New Hampshire rooms and meals tax.
All rates are subjects to change and are based on availability.
Reservations are confirmed in writing upon receipt of an advance deposit made with a valid credit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express):
A minimum of one full day's rate is required for a one night reservation.
50% deposit is required for two or more nights.
50% deposit and an agreement letter is required for any group reservation.
Deposits are applied to the last day of your reservation.
There is a $25 surcharge per room on all cancellations to cover paperwork ($30 during fall foliage season). A fourteen day cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund (30 day notice during fall foliage season). Reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance will be refunded only if we are able to rent to others. If the room remains un-rented, we gladly issue a gift certificate in the value of your deposit, valid for one year. Early checkouts forfeit their deposits and are responsible for all nights booked.
Cots and cribs are available free of charge and must be requested at the moment of the reservation.
If you are suffering from a food allergy (gluten, nuts...), please mention it upon reservation. We'll do our best to accommodate your special diet.
The lodge is entirely smoke free. We'll charge your credit card with a $200 cleaning fee if this is not respected.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Eastern time). Check-out time is 11:00 am.
