General cancellation policy: Your deposit is refundable minus a 10 % handling fee if you cancel your reservation 21 days before your arrival date. We only accept Cash.
There will be no refund issued should you cancel your reservation less than the 21 day requirement.
Please be advised that if your reservation is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date a refund will not be issued should you decide to cancel.
We are a small bed and breakfast and the majority of our reservations are made at least two weeks in advance of arrival. We cannot afford to turn away guests while holding a reservation that has been confirmed only to be canceled at the last minute for whatever reason.
